Materials:
Fiber to spin (Alanna will be using a Superwash Merino/Silk blend from Three Waters Farm )
If you have fiber you would like to use, either a braid of fiber (roving or top) that contains one or more of the following fibers:
Silk or silk blend
Tencel or Tencel blend
Bamboo or bamboo blend
Alpaca
Superwash Merino or SW blend
BFL or BFL blend
Spinning tool (drop spindles, electric spinners, and treadle wheels are all welcome)
Index card and pen for documenting samples
Ability to print handout
